Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always included in all our prices. There are no additional shipping costs.
How long will my order be shipped from the warehouse?
All orders are handled by our warehouses ( IT, FR, CN ) and taken over by the couriers within 3 working days from receiving the order confirmation.
You'll receive your tracking codes after the package is accepted by the airline.
In how many days will I receive my purchase?
The estimated shipping time is 8 to 15 working days (due to Covid19 a delay up to 45 days can occur) We do not have ready-to-ship garments but we ship to order and this allows us to have low cost and competitive prices. (There may be exceptions for South American countries ( such as Brazil, Argentina, etc.) Africa and Russia where deliveries may take 1-2 months due to longer delivery times customs clearance goods.
Shipping times are estimated times. This means that Foxsters Hats is not responsible for delays due to force majeure. For example: pandemies, delays due to couriers handling the shipment/sorting, holidays (such as Chinese New Year), weather conditions, etc.

Due to the strict social distancing measures we’ve put in place at our fulfilment centres, our delivery times are a little longer than normal.
The safety of our staff and partners is our top priority, so we’re working around the clock to make sure that you can get your FOXSTERS orders as quickly and safely as possible.
While we work to keep everyone safe, we expect there be some delays to deliveries and some delivery options might not be available. You’ll be able to see all delivery options available to you at the checkout.

We’re doing everything we can to make sure you can carry on enjoying FOXSTERS HATS and will continue following all government advice and guidance to protect our customers.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. FOXSTERS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
How do I know where my parcel is?
You will be provided with a shipping number. A shipping number for each item purchased. The shipping code is sent by email.
If I don’t receive the package at the agreed time, what should I do?
If 60 business days have passed and you have not yet received your purchase, please email sales@foxsters.com and be sure to specify your name/surname & order number. In the subject of the specific email " Order Not Received" and we will try our best to help you. In the rare cases in which the parcels are lost, the immediate refund of the entire amount you spent will be executed or we will look together for the best solution for you.
I bought more than one item but I only received one. Why?
Each item is treated individually. This means that each item corresponds to a shipment and therefore a relative shipment number. If you have ordered more than one item you will get a shipping number for each item purchased.
